The following rules apply to this promotion
1. The Promoter of this Armor All prize draw promotion is Clorox Car Care Ltd, Kershaw House, Great West Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW5 0BX, United Kingdom.
2. Entries must be received by 30 September 2007 and can only be made on the official entry form on the website, www.armorall.co.uk, or on an official postal entry.
3. Only one entry per household is permitted. Spammers will be disqualified .
Promotions are only open to persons aged 17 and over, who are resident in the UK, and possess a UK driving licence.
4. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the promoter's agencies and European distributors and their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion, are not permitted entry.
5. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered .
6. A total of 25 Clarion portable satellite navigation devices will be awarded, the specification as per the product on retail sale at the time of the draw.
7.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
8.No purchase is necessary to enter the competition unless otherwise stated on the promotional activity with a specific competition.
9. By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in any promotional material accompanying the promotion.
10. By entering the promotion, the entrant agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy. Your personal information will only be used for purposes for which you have consented and your personal information will not be sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
11. In order to protect your privacy, the Promoter and its subsidiaries and agents are registered in accordance with and seek to comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Appropriate security procedures are followed in the storage and disclosure of personal information so as to prevent unauthorised access by third parties. However, the internet is not a totally secure medium and you acknowledge and agree that the Promoter shall not be responsible for any unauthorised use, distribution, damage or destruction of personal data, except to the extent that the Promoter is required to accept such responsibility by the Data Protection Act 1998.
12. If you do not agree with this privacy policy you should not submit your personal information on this website.
13. Winners have twenty-one (21) days to respond to the notification by email failing which any prize won will be forfeited without further notice to you.
14. By entering the promotion, the winner(s) consent to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and use on any website owned by Clorox, the brand owners of Armor All, at any time.
15. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries, which are lost through technical fault, are incomplete, illegible or damaged. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
16. The prize draw will be held by the Promoter on October 12, 2007.
17. Winners will be notified at either the e-mail address or, for those postal entrants without an e-mail address, at the postal address given on their entry.
18. Details of the winner(s) can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Armor All Draw, Clorox Car Care Ltd. , PO Box 251, Hounslow, Middlesex , TW5 0FJ within 21 days of the prize draw.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
20. Entry into the Armor All draw promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
