SiteSet Costs

Set up cost There are three levels of set up cost.

1. For self-employed people or very small businesses A site based on one of our existing templates, with only five sections, costs £500 to set up.

2. For small and medium-sized businesses A more functional site with custom design and multiple sections costs from £1,500-£5,000 depending upon the brief.

3. For corporates and franchises A corporate network of microsites costs from £10,000 to £20,000. The set-up cost depends upon the precise scope of the project, design and coding work.

System access cost There is an ongoing monthly cost giving you access to the SiteSet system (with no limit to how often the system is used). This charge also covers training, support, hosting and system maintenance. This is also at three levels

1. Sites for self-employed people or very small businesses: £30 per month.

2. Sites for small and medium-sized businesses: £59 per month.

3. Sites for corporates and franchises: individually costed depending upon scale and specification. These monthly costs depend upon the functionality, number of sites and overall business model, but can be structured so that the 'commissioning' organisation receives a rebate from monthly payments levied on its agents, partners or franchisees for use of the system. This can offset all or part of the set up and ongoing costs.

Costs for additional functionality There are a number of additional functions which are optional on SiteSet:

• Newsletter - an opt-in email newsletter module which handles subscribe, unsubscribe, bounces and features a test function ahead of any mail out. Available as basic text format or enhanced HTML template format (set-up fee of £100 for text template and £350 for the HTML template and additional monthly fee of £5 for text newsletter and £10 for HTML newsletter plus a small per-recipient cost dependent upon volume)
• Offline ecommerce - a shop module for people with existing offline payment systems (set up cost: price on application, and additional monthly fee of £20)
• Online ecommerce - a shop module for Internet shopping, with shopping cart functionality. We set up your WorldPay subscription and run your online shop on our secure server (set up cost: price on application. Also requires WorldPay subscription and secure hosting, price on application, and an additional monthly fee of £40)
• Product catalogue - a section enabling you to list products and their prices and easily add images (set up cost of £250 and additional monthly fee of £10)
